Why Apply?

Our mentors are Certified Practising Marketers (CPMs) working across diverse fields, including Marketing & Communications, Advertising, Media, and Professional Services.

As a mentee, you must be a graduate with 3 to 10 years of work experience.

Once you apply, we’ll carefully review the information you provide in your application to find a mentor who is the perfect match for you at this stage of your career. You’ll be notified about your mentor match by the end of April.

Program Timeline 

• February 2025: Applications open for Mentors & Mentees
• March 2025: Applications close for Mentors & Mentees
• April 2025: Matching process concludes
• May 2025: Program launch
• 6 May Participants’ Online Briefing
• 13 May Program Launch + First Topic of the month 
• May – November 2025: Topic of the Month events (every 2nd Tuesday of the month). Program participants can determine their own direction of mentoring, however, the program will provide guidance focusing on 7 main areas: Self Assessment, Career Planning, Personal Brand, Networking Skills, Building Resilience & Managing Stress, Asking The Hard Questions and Workplace Politics. 
• November 2025: Nationwide Program Wrap Up online event
